  Restaurant Reviews

Review submitted 14th July 2011 - review from Mrs Sheila Anderson

Food and service were very good. May I suggest that some beautiful Indian classical music played very softly in the background? Air India used to have lovely soft music by sitar, shenai and tabla played on it's aircraft. It would add to the ambience and enjoyment of the occasion. Thank you for the special birthday dessert for my daughter\'s birthday luncheon yesterday.

It was a nice way to end the meal. Thanks to Akash for making it special. Thanks to Management.

The food at Zaafran's is amazing. The prices are higher than your average Indian restaurant though the quality of the food and the amazing view over Darling Harbour makes up for the price tag. I had the chicken pieces in coconut curry and loved it. The chicken just fell off the bone. The curry wasn't that spicy (hot) but had great fragrance with the right spices. Delicious.
