The Sebel Hotel Reviews Review Submitted 5th October 2009 by Scott from Sydney Australia I stayed 1 night at The Sebel Hotel Parramatta. The service at the front desk was fine and rooms are quite nice though I was really disappointed with the food from room service. I ordered a simple hamburger and it was disgusting. The burger did not look tasty at all and the beef patty was overlooked and dry. I phoned and complained and they came and took the burger from my room and deducted the cost from my bill but no apology or offer to cook something else. Bad service!
