Hotel Reviews Review Submitted 6th October 2009 - by Scott from Sydney Australia The Novotel Rockford is in a great location, just across the road from Chinatown so easy to get to some great restaurants. Great service by the staff on the front desk. I was a bit disappointed by the size of the bed in my room. I was told I was in a King Room with a king size bed though it was only a queen sized bed though still very comfortable. When I checked out they apologised and said my room had been configured with the queen size bed. Later I received an email from the Manager of the hotel apologising for the mix up.
