Hinode Japanese Restaurant Reviews Review submitted 16th April 2011 - from Scott Hinode serves reasonable Japanese meals. I don't believe this is run by Japanese. The waitresses were Thai and I presume owner was either Thai or Chinese. Although the food is good it is just a few notches down from real traditional Japanese cuisine.
