Ashfield Aquatic Centre is located 8km from the Sydney CBD. Ashfield's public swimming pool is heated all year round. They have an outdoor Olympic sized pool (50m), outdoor water polo pool as well as an indoor 25m pool and kids pool. You can get to Ashfield public swimming pool by train, you can either get off at Ashfield Train Station or the closer train station of Croydon.
The Ashfield Aquatic Centre is home to the West Sydney National League Water Polo Club. The Water Polo National League has games from January through to March. Other activities available at Ashfield Aquatic Centre are aqua aerobics, learn to swim classes and swimming clubs.
